A celebration of meat, the “Woodstock of Edible Animals,” Meatopia 2011 will bring together over 45 chefs, half a dozen farmers, and hundreds of meat lovers for all the meat you can eat, live music, and lots of beer.  Tickets are a bit steep ranging from $85-190.
